Do you offer white-label services?
You bet ya! We can white-label for your agency. Or you can present us to your clients as your trusted partner for multilingual SEO content. It’s up to you!
If we refer a prospect to you, do you take a cut?
If you refer a potential client to us or we contact you about one of our projects (yes, this can be a two-way partnership), we can of course discuss compensation. Get in touch if you have something in mind.
Do you offer post-editing or other AI services?
We offer post-editing and can work with AI-generated content. But be aware that before we collaborate with you on an AI project, we analyse your client’s goals, requirements, market and subject matter to check AI is a suitable solution. We refuse to use AI solutions if we believe, based on this analysis, that the quality of the output will not match your client’s needs.
What languages can you handle?
We work with 10+ languages on a daily basis, including French, Spanish, English, Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Chinese and Japanese. We are also regularly contacted about projects in “niche” languages. If you need content in a niche language, we can assemble a team of native experts in that language to work on your project. We also join forces with trusted translation agencies to deliver content in languages we cannot cover in-house. Please be aware that if we partner with a translation agency, we still handle SEO and content strategy in-house.
Do you only work with native speakers?
Absolutely! Our network of Content Heroes comprises 200+ native speakers. We’ve got writers, translators and copywriters based right around the world. This means we can design SEO strategies in multiple languages and we can localise each strategy to specific cultures, say, a Spanish strategy tailored for both the Spanish and Colombian markets. This is the advantage of having access to native experts for each target market.
How do you guarantee the quality of your services?
Each deliverable is edited by native experts and/or reviewed by your dedicated Contentactic project manager.
Is the work done in-house or outsourced?
Most of the work is done in-house. Each member of our team is at the very least a translator and/or a content writer or copywriter by training. And all of them are trained in SEO and content strategy. If you need content in a “niche” language outside the native languages of our team, we call in the help of freelancers who have the right knowledge and skills and who share our values.
