Our project with Yoga Pop
We developed a long-term collaboration with the French leader in yoga training that evolved over time to align with the changing needs and objectives of the studio.
Our collaboration covered a range of services, including the creation of an appealing, optimised website to showcase the courses and classes offered by Yoga Pop and allow visitors to sign up for whichever course or class they were interested in; the design and execution of a monthly blog to keep the website’s content fresh and optimised; a complete community management strategy for Instagram and Facebook to give the brand a bold, recognisable identity; the design and execution of monthly newsletters to share the latest news from the studio and training centre.

A big thank you to Contentactic for their work for Yoga Pop. What really stood out for me is how effective the SEO work has already been. I enjoyed working with a team that knows each other and works well together. The whole project has gone smoothly and effectively, and the team are very approachable. I also want to mention the leap in quality of our newsletters. They look way more professional, and are clearer and more structured. To top it off, I just feel like Contentactic are happy to work with us and that makes all the difference! Because you can feel their energy and enthusiasm. Thanks for all the hard work, your expertise, and for just being easy people to work with.
Philippe Beer-Gabel, founder of Yoga PopWebsite and blog package
- We wrote and optimised content for the main pages of the website. We also adapted this content over time as new needs emerged, for example to update the website to meet national yoga training certification and to add an “Our studios” page when a second studio was opened in Bordeaux
- We designed web page mockups that aligned with UX best practices and the studio’s visual branding
- We built the website, which included custom components such as Google Maps itineraries for each training location
- We wrote SEO/GEO-optimised blog posts to build brand awareness. This involved keyword analysis, search intent analysis and content planning.
- We tracked SEO/GEO performance and adapted the content strategy as required.
Community management
- We created a content calendar for Instagram and Facebook based around the studio’s goals and news to share information about course dates and content, special offers, the instructors, open day, events, etc.
- We took briefs from Yoga Pop instructors to make our content exactly match the classes and courses on offer
- We developed bold brand guidelines, including a tone of voice that is offbeat, welcoming and lyrical.
- We wrote the posts and created personalised accompanying visuals that aligned with the client’s brand identity
- We scheduled and published these posts across the brand’s socials
- We tracked SEO/GEO performance over time and adapted if necessary
Monthly newsletters
- We wrote a monthly newsletter for the studio as well as a monthly newsletter for the training centre
- We created designs and structures for each newsletter, including for the founder’s message as well as for sections on special offers, new classes and courses, testimonials, etc. We made sure each newsletter matched with the blog and social content planned for that month
- We migrated our newsletter content straight into the mailing tool used by the client
3 standout features of our work for Yoga Pop
- 360° strategy: by handling the client’s comms across multiple channels, we were able to help them meet a range of goals, including better visibility, a differentiated brand universe, better lead conversion and brand loyalty, and more.
- Medium-term visibility: by committing to work together over a long period, we were able to adapt our strategy over time to achieve better results in terms of visibility and conversion.
- Flexibility and listening: our goal was to create tailored multichannel content that highlighted the skills and talent of the instructors and founder of Yoga Pop. To do this, we needed to ensure the studio’s content was consistent across the brand but personalised to each team member.
