All about Lucie Laval
Between her literary studies and SEO conferences, Lucie has long had a passion for creating content, and especially content that gets noticed. She trained in the Sorbonne University and ISIT – a major translation and management school in Paris. She then briefly worked in publishing before switching to freelance content writing and translation in 2016.
In 2021, she decided to expand her offering to include SEO, marketing and content in multiple languages. She founded Contentactic, an agency that specialises in SEO-optimised high-impact multilingual content for B2B and expert audiences.Meanwhile, she also developed a keen interest in understanding the key ingredient in all great content – namely, the critical thinking behind the content. She wanted to know how to develop this critical thinking, fine-tune it, question it and never simply accept a line of reasoning as it is. She wanted to develop a method of critical thinking and to pass this method on to others. This ongoing quest pushes her to continually refine the methodology she now employs within our agency to create content that is very different from the rest.
In her own words

I had a few goals in mind when I started the agency. One was to meet the changing needs of my clients for content and related services. Another was to work with hundreds of highly talented professionals from every corner of the rapidly evolving world of content marketing. A third goal was to work with a team of colleagues who bring a smile to my face every morning. Because to be honest, given the time we spend at work, don’t we want our working environment to be as warm, supportive and inspiring as possible? Contentactic is about the people we meet and work with, where each member of the team gets to pursue their own version of growth.
